Copy Cat Crystal Bracelet Make a bracelet, encrusted with Swarovski crystals, that looks like a diamond tennis bracelet. You will use 2 different sizes of bicone crystals, plus cylinder beads, to create a sensational wrist adornment that everyone will want to copy. It is truly a luscious design. Lotsa Knots: Knotting Between Pearls and Stones Knotting between pearls and semi-precious stones has been done for many, many years as a way to protect the precious beads from rubbing and breaking. Many beaders do not know how to knot or do not know how to do it well, getting the knots close to the beads so as to protect them, Yet this technique is very easy to master. Peyote Tube Bracelet Learn to make beaded beads using peyote stitch. You will learn to make peyote tubes without using a tubular form. Precious Metal Clay for Beginners Certified PMC Instructor: Patty Strong If you have ever wanted to make your own jewelry components out of silver, then this class is for you. Precious Metal Clay (PMC) is a clay-like substance that combines very tiny particles of pure silver, with water and an organic binder. It can be molded, stamped, carved, etched, and a variety of materials can be added to it (glass, stones, etc.) After it is fired in a kiln, the result is a piece of 0.999 fine silver. In this class you will complete several pieces of fine silver jewelry using PMC. Fee: $110/person includes 18 grams of silver clay and the use of all tools and the kiln. Lunch is also included. | Beading Activities Bead Therapy You are invited to join us every 2nd and 4th Thursday evening for a few hours of sharing, creativity, inspiration, laughter, fun and friendship. Have you started a project, then forgotten how to complete it? Do you have a bag of beads you purchased, then put them aside? Do you need input or advice on what to do next on your project, or do you just enjoy the company of others while you bead? This twice monthly activity is FREE.
